0222 The damp wheat bridge has been resolved.

Easily solve powder bridges that cannot be resolved with knockers or vibrators!

We have solved the bridging phenomenon in a hopper of wet wheat, rather than using flour. The user has been struggling with this issue for some time and has tried various loading disks. The broad disk, which provides aeration and vibration along the inner surface of the tank, has led to a low-cost solution. 【Summary of Conditions】 ■ Hopper: 1500×1200 square pyramid ■ Outlet size: 150×150 ■ Target material: Water-soaked wheat, sufficiently moist 【Key Points of Our Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability due to the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disk in our equipment excels in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries. *Our website features numerous implementation examples, which you can check via the link below.

Delivery to concrete secondary product manufacturer.

We also provide advice on installation locations! Here are some case studies of Bro-Disc implementation.

This is a project delivered to a concrete secondary product manufacturer. During the equipment update, a Brody disk was introduced in the newly constructed silo. Previously, they were using a metal filter for aeration, but due to experiences with discharge issues such as bridging, they decided to adopt this solution. It has been a considerable time since the implementation of this system, and there have been no problems at all, leading to customer satisfaction. [Overview] ■ Target powder: Cement ■ Silo diameter: φ2800 ■ Discharge diameter: φ350 * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous case studies. 0610 Baking soda hopper / at the incinerator

Fluidize the powder with air injection along the inner surface of the hopper! The elastic disk offers reliable high durability.

We would like to introduce a case where our products were adopted in conjunction with the modification work of the incineration equipment. It seems that other exhaust gas treatment agents were originally used, but in line with the equipment modifications and changes in chemicals, measures for bridge and rat hole issues were implemented using the Brod disk. With the Brod disk, powder can be fluidized by air injection along the inner surface of the hopper, and it is possible to generate vibrations simultaneously with air aeration. 【Introduction Overview】 ■ Hopper Diameter: Φ2500 ■ Discharge Diameter: Φ250 ■ Target Material: Fine powdered sodium bicarbonate ■ Configuration: 4 Brod disks installed in 3 tiers, totaling 12 disks ■ Control: A controller (C-SV6) with 6 built-in solenoid valves sequentially turns on air for 2 Brod disks at a time with a time delay. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
